STREET REPAVING UPDATE


To ensure the quality and durability of new asphalt pavement, application must be completed in fair weather conditions. Please be advised that due to the early arrival of snowfall and continued inclement weather the City of Williams Lake has deferred the repaving of Westridge Drive and Woodland Drive until the earliest possible start in 2018.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

October 3, 2017


Street Repaving

 

Please be advised that the City of Williams Lake intends to undertake additional street repaving at the below locations during the month of October 2017. This work will be weather dependent and may occur on weekends. Tentative dates are provided below.


The following streets will be affected by paving work:

  • Fox Mountain Road from Highway #97 to the City of Williams Lake Boundary.
    (Tuesday, Wednesday October 10th and 11th)
  • Woodland Drive (Thursday, Friday October 12th and 13th)
  • Westridge Drive (Saturday, Sunday October 14th and 15th)


During paving activity there may be brief traffic delays and parking on the roadways will not be permitted. A second notice of work will be delivered to affected properties prior to work starting.
