Effective 2021, all home owner grant applications are submitted directly to the Province - homeowners can go to gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or call 1 888 355 2700 to learn more and apply. Residents in the City can no longer apply through the City office.

Property Tax Notices can be accessed online by following the link below and signing up for online delivery:
If you still wish to receive paper copy - Property Tax Notices are prepared and mailed by the last week of May.
Taxes are due July 2 (or next business day, if July 2 fall on a weekend). Unpaid taxes after this date are subject to a 10% penalty.
Residential water and sewer utilities are now being billed on your property tax notice.
Commercial utilities are metered and billed every 2 months - the customers have options to sign up for online bill delivery (see link to green paperless option above) or opt for paper billing.
