- 2024 Rec and Roll Registration Request Form - January to June, 2024
- 2023 Boitanio Day Camp - Rec and Roll - Registration Form (this includes a recent colour photo and, if required, supporting documentation, such as a custody agreement)

To open and complete a fillable PDF form, you can use Adobe Reader. If you do not have it installed on your computer, you may download the latest version free of charge from http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions. It’s recommended that you first download/save the PDF form to your computer, and then open it with Adobe Reader and fill it. We do not recommend using any web browser to open the form as most have issues with fillable PDF forms.
You are able to submit the completed package in person at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex, or by emailing licensedcare@williamslake.ca
Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative
We participate in the Provincial Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative. Please indicate on the Registration Form if your child is attending Kindergarten during the 2023 year.
Please read this letter from the Province of BC for more information on the Provincial Childcare Fee Reduction Initiative for more information.
Affordable Child Care Benefits
The Affordable Child Care Benefit is a monthly payment to help eligible families with the cost of child care. Factors like income, family size, and type of care determine how much support families can get. Families need to renew their application every year.
On our request form, please check the appropriate box if you are receiving or applying for the Affordable Child Care Benefits.
