The purpose of OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 2204 is to amend the City of Williams Lake Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2140, 2011 to change the designation of over part of Lot 6, District Lot 8815, Cariboo District, Plan 2121, Except Plans B6061, 11244, 20297, 23402, 32707, and PGP38403 from Residential Multifamily (RMF) to Residential Single Family (RSF) and part of Lot 6, District Lot 8815, Cariboo District, Plan 2121, Except Plans B6061, 11244, 20297, 23402, 32707, and PGP38403 from Residential Multifamily (RMF) to Parks and Conservation (P).

The purpose of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2205 is to amend City of Williams Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 1825, 2002 to change the zoning over part of Lot 6, District Lot 8815, Cariboo District, Plan 2121, Except Plans B6061, 11244, 20297, 23402, 32707, and PGP38403 from Residential Single Family (R-1) Zone to Park, Recreation and Open Space (P-2) Zone.

Both applications have been made in order to facilitate development of 14 single family lots, one fee simple park lot, some additional parkland and trail dedications and a cul-de-sac extension of Centennial Drive. The subject property is situate at 340 Centennial Drive.
