Biography
Angie Delainey is a Cariboo woman grateful to live on the traditional and unceded territory of the Secwépemc people. Born and raised in Williams Lake, she is an entrepreneur, a wife, and mother of two smart, funny and beautiful young girls.
Angie has a passion and drive for advocacy and building relationships within our community. She is a truth speaker and problem solver and works well under pressure. Angie is a “networker extraordinaire” and can talk to anyone, anywhere at anytime. She has a gift for concise communication and diplomacy - 30,000 foot views and end results are her jam. Angie works hard to ensure people are comfortable in her presence and feel she is trustworthy. She often finds strangers confiding in her upon first connection because she believes in shared experience and is authentic in her speech. She is tenacious when it comes to seeing something through and doesn’t shy away from difficult situations or conversations. Ange is highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic.
Angie is proud to have the opportunity to serve the people of Williams Lake and will bring her best attitude to every meeting! She is responsive and encourages you to reach out if you have questions, ideas or concerns.
