The City of Williams Lake is requesting Tenders for a janitorial service for City Hall, the Fire Hall, the City works yard, the Tourist Discovery Centre and the Williams Lake Regional Airport. The essence of the service is to provide an effective, reliable and convenient cleaning service which conforms to the needs set out in the Tender documents. Anyone interested in competing for this contract must first complete a pre-qualification form which the City will use to qualify potential bidders. The purpose of the pre-qualification form is to evaluate each potential bidder by a set of pertinent criteria and only bidders approved by the City will receive a tender package for the Janitorial Contract.

The pre-qualification form is available by contacting . Prequalification form must be returned to the undersigned no later than 9am Tuesday October 11, 2022 to be considered for the Janitorial Tender

There will be an optional site visit scheduled for Tuesday October 11, 2022 at 10 am, starting at City Hall in the reception area. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to identify the project requirements.
